procuring cause - what is this?
Having signed the Procuring Cause the renter is bound to rent the respective property via Duna House. This document helps to clarify who is entitled to the commission from the sale/lease in case you cooperate with more real estate companies. The property owner on the hand has some record of who visits his property and we thus protect his security.
